1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number)

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at flexisupply12@gmail.com.

4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Clearance or final sale items

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You’ll be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
